Small Print

We do our best to make you feel at home, and we want you to enjoy your stay; please remember we have a few rules we would ask you to respect when you stay with us.

No pets

No smoking, vaping or drugs

No parties

Suitable for children but please note that we don’t provide travel cots, so think carefully if you are planning to travel with a child under 2 years old.

Please consider our neighbours – we ask you to respect quiet time after 10pm at night.

Check-in: is from 2PM. You will have access codes so you can arrive at any time.

Check-out: 10AM on the morning of your departure. Please be prompt leaving, as our housekeepers will need to prepare the room for new guests.

Waste and recycling: Please separate waste and recycling, and if you run out of space you can deposit the rubbish in the bins outside.

Availability: 3 nights minimum stay.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund up until 60 days before your arrival date.

Damage: Please notify us if there is any damage. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of excess cleaning or damage from your security deposit.
